I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate in the recent international conference, which included attendees from countries like Korea and Singapore. During the event, I observed distinct differences in the management methods used by various nations, especially in Korea and Singapore. These variations, reflecting the unique cultural and research environments of each country, offered valuable insights and broadened my understanding of global research practices.
The conference itself was relatively small and had a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to interact with other participants. This intimate setting allowed me to communicate closely with researchers from different backgrounds. Thanks to the familiar presence of many participants from Japan and Korea, I felt comfortable and could engage in meaningful discussions without the usual tension associated with large international conferences.
The new ideas and perspectives I gained during this event have significantly increased my enthusiasm for future research. The experience of exchanging knowledge with international colleagues has inspired me to pursue new research directions and collaborations across borders. I am confident that these experiences will prove invaluable as I continue to develop my research.
Once again, I sincerely appreciate being given the chance to participate in this conference.
