Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, The Jikei University Hospital

I had the privilege of attending FAOPS 2024 in Seoul, where I presented on “Prenatal Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Fetuses with Isolated Ventriculomegaly.” I received many valuable comments and important feedback from colleagues, not only from Japan but also from other countries. The diverse perspectives shared during the discussion provided valuable insights that have furthered my understanding of this topic.
I am deeply honored to have been awarded the Best Poster Award for this presentation. Based on the feedback I received, I will continue to develop and advance this research moving forward.
The conference as a whole was highly educational, with a wide range of fascinating topics discussed in depth. The open exchange of ideas and active debates, particularly with international colleagues, were enriching as they provided a broader perspective on recent advancements in the field.
Looking ahead, I am motivated to further refine my research and continue contributing to the growing body of knowledge in obstetrics. I am eager to apply the lessons I’ve learned and collaborate with other researchers to advance both clinical and academic understanding in this area.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Japan Society of Perinatal and Neonatal Medicine for their generous support, which enabled me to participate in this prestigious conference. FAOPS 2024 was an incredibly rewarding experience, and I look forward to future opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.
